Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing on pre-made items and 3-4 business weeks for processing shipping, and fulfillment on all pre-order items. When shipped you will receive a tracking number sent the the email address provided with the order. Shipping can take between 3-10 days(varies internationally). We ship orders through carriers such as UPS, DHL, & USPS. To ensure your package arrives, please be sure your address is entered correctly. If the buyer’s package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, the buyer is fully responsible for the costs to reshape the order.
